While this is not a new subject, numerous current future changes once again bring into question these their management. In recent years, number studies have demonstrated limitations managerial approach to competencies, particular failure take account collective dimension said contextual aspects implementation. our opinion, must be considered terms work activity so that they are restricted systematised formalism, management tackled within organised framework which deployed.
